This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. File association reports to be all set as default. After looking at the file assosciations for the machine that is having the issues, it appears as though there are no associated files, (See image attached). This helps ensure you distribute the right version of the file. Acrobat will by default save the file with the original file name with ‘Redacted’ appended to the end. Click File, Save As and choose a destination of where to save the document. The final step is to save your redacted document.
